You remain the investigator. Unpublished work stays confidential, documents go by email after the agreement, and we do not invent data, hide an analysis change, or promise acceptance.
Confidentiality
Unpublished methods, data, and manuscripts are confidential. The public enquiry form is not a place for patient names, identifiers, images, or clinical records.
Data minimisation
We ask only for what is needed to judge the scope. After the agreement, documents are sent by email. They are not uploaded or stored on this website. Identifiable patient data is included only if the agreement says how it will be minimised, transferred, accessed, and deleted.
Written agreements
Scope, deliverables, fee, timeline, and confidentiality are written down before paid work begins. Both the client and Research Hub sign.
Conflicts of interest
Specialists declare conflicts. We do not review a manuscript we helped write, and we do not give journal review and author support on the same paper.
Authorship
Authorship follows the journal’s rules, including the ICMJE recommendations where the journal uses them. Gift authorship is refused.
Disclosure of help
Professional editing, statistical work, and AI assistance are described accurately if a journal, funder, or university asks. A named specialist checks any AI output before it is used.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee publication, acceptance, funding, a passing grade, or a particular statistical result.
Integrity of the record
We do not invent data, citations, or reviewer comments, and we do not hide a change to an outcome or an analysis. Either party can stop if the work would require a false claim.
