Service agreement

Between the client and Research Hub

The terms are below. Each party signs in their own block at the end.

1. The document names the client, the specialist role, the deliverables, the fee, and the date.
2. Confidentiality covers unpublished methods, data, and manuscripts shared for the project.
3. Identifiable patient information is out of scope unless the agreement says how it will be minimised, transferred, accessed, and deleted.
4. The client remains responsible for the integrity of the research and for meeting authorship and ethics requirements at their institution.
5. Research Hub does not guarantee publication, acceptance, or any particular result.
6. Editing, statistical work, and AI assistance will be described accurately if a journal, funder, or university asks.
7. Either party can stop if the work would require a false claim, a hidden analysis change, or gift authorship.
