Client portal

Start with an enquiry. Files come after the agreement.

Enquiry, appointment booking, and the agreement each have their own page. You can also write to research-hub@alkuran.com. Do not send identifiable patient data.

Documents by email

After the agreement, send the documents by email to research-hub@alkuran.com. They are not uploaded or stored on this website.

  1. Enquiry first. This website does not receive project files.
  2. Both parties sign the agreement.
  3. After the agreement, email the protocol, analysis plan, manuscript, or data. Attach only what the agreement names.
  4. Do not upload those files here. Leave out identifiable patient data unless the agreement already allows it.
  5. Replies and revised documents come back by the same email.

Protocol and manuscript review

Protocol

Question, design, outcomes, sample-size assumptions, and analysis plan are reviewed together. Comments come back in writing, with an optional consultation.

Manuscript

Structure, clarity, journal format, references, and the match between claims and results. Reviewer responses are drafted from the paper you actually wrote.

Research checklists and structured reports

These are our working prompts. Formal reporting guidelines — such as SPIRIT, CONSORT, STROBE, or PRISMA — are named in the proposal when one of them fits the study.

Protocol checklist
  • The question, population, and setting are specific enough to study.
  • The design matches the question, and the primary outcome is named.
  • Inclusion criteria, follow-up, and what will be collected are consistent.
  • Sample-size assumptions are written down, including what would make them wrong.
  • The analysis is planned at the same level of detail as the design.
  • Ethics, consent, and data protection are identified, without pasting patient information into the brief.
  • Limitations are stated in the protocol, not discovered only at submission.
Manuscript checklist
  • The title and abstract match the design that was actually done.
  • Methods would let a reader see who was included and what was measured.
  • Results follow the analysis plan, and tables agree with the text.
  • Claims in the discussion do not outrun the design.
  • References cited in support of a fact are real papers that say that fact.
  • Journal format, word count, and reporting guideline are identified.
  • Assistance from editors, statisticians, or AI tools is disclosed if the journal requires it.
